Description
The cherries for the muffins should be pitted. The finished muffins can be decorated with cherry jam, fresh cherries, and powdered sugar.
Ingredients
- Cherry 20 oz
- Butter 5 oz
- White Chocolate 10 oz
- Sugar ¾ cup
- Vanilla extract 1 tablespoon
- Egg white 1 piece
- Wheat Flour 2 cups
- Milk ½ cup
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mix the butter, sugar, and half of the chocolate. Melt over low heat and stir until smooth.
Step 2
Lightly beat the egg, mix in all the other ingredients, and add the melted butter. Mix thoroughly.
Step 3
Pour the batter into small greased molds. Bake for about 20 minutes at 375°F.
