Cherry Mint Sorbet
Ingredients
- Marinated cherries 20 oz
- Sugar 5 oz
- Meyer Lemon Juice 2 tablespoons
- Fresh Mint 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Pit the cherries and sprinkle them with sugar for 15 minutes.
Step 2
Add lemon juice and mint to the cherries.
Step 3
Blend everything using a blender.
Step 4
Pass the resulting mixture through a sieve (to remove skins and large mint pieces).
Step 5
Transfer to a container and place in the freezer for 3 hours.
Step 6
Remove the sorbet from the freezer, blend again, and return to the freezer for at least a few hours.
