- Agar-Agar 2 tablespoons

Place the cherries in a pot, pour in hot water, add sugar, and dissolve the agar-agar by evenly sprinkling it over the surface of the liquid. Stirring constantly, bring everything to a boil, mix again, and turn off the heat.
Step 2
Quickly pour the liquid with cherries into molds or dessert cups, as agar-agar jelly sets quickly.
Step 3
