Description
Cherry cupcakes
Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 10 oz
- Butter 0 oz
- Milk 0,7 glasses
- Chicken Egg 2 pieces
- Sugar 5 oz
- Activated Baking Soda ¾ spoons
- Vanillin ½ spoons
- Salt a pinch
- Frozen Cherimoya Fruits 10 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Remove the cherries from the freezer and let them thaw.
Step 2
Melt the butter and let it cool.
Step 3
Sift the flour, add the dry ingredients, and mix well.
Step 4
Mix the eggs, butter, and milk.
Step 5
Pour the liquid mixture into the dry ingredients and mix well (the batter should be thick and lump-free).
Step 6
Add the contents of the package (I use frozen cherries from 'Global Village') to the batter (including the liquid). Mix everything together and distribute into the molds.
Step 7
Bake for 25–30 minutes at 390°F (check for doneness by inserting a wooden skewer — it should come out clean from the cupcake).
Step 8
To make the meringue, you need to whip the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
Step 9
Gently fold in the powdered sugar. You can also add vanilla sugar.
Step 10
Transfer the cream into a piping bag, decorate the cooled cupcakes, and place them in the oven for 5–10 minutes at 345°F.
