
Cherry Clafoutis with Powdered Sugar

You can use frozen or canned cherries.
Ingredients
- Marinated cherries 15 oz
- Farm fresh eggs 3 pieces
- Sugar 1 tablespoon
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Milk 5 fl oz
- Salt a pinch
- Powdered Sugar 1 tablespoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Pit the cherries and mix them with one tablespoon of sugar.
Step 2
Beat the eggs with the remaining sugar, add salt and milk. While continuing to beat, gradually add the flour. Mix until the batter is smooth.
Step 3
Grease a baking dish with butter, place the cherries in it, and pour the batter over. Bake the clafoutis at 355°F for 40 minutes, and sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
