  • Chicken Egg 3 pieces
  • Wheat Flour 5 oz
  • Sugar 10 oz
  • 33% Cream 10 fl oz
  • Mascarpone Cheese Unagrande 10 oz
  • Liquid dark chocolate 5 oz
  • Berry Compote 1 can

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Beat the eggs with 150 grams of sugar. Then add the flour and knead into a soft dough.

Step 2

Place the dough in a greased 26 cm (10 inch) round baking pan and put it in a preheated oven at 355°F (350 degrees Fahrenheit). Bake for about 20-25 minutes.

Step 3

Soak the baked cake (without removing it from the pan) with the compote. Then, place the cherries from the compote on top of the cake (be sure to remove the pits beforehand).

Step 4

To prepare the cream, whip the heavy cream with the remaining sugar (150 grams). Then, add the mascarpone and gently fold together. Grate the chocolate using a fine grater.

Step 5

Spread the cream over the cherries, sprinkle with grated chocolate, cover, and refrigerate for at least 6 hours (preferably overnight).
