Description
You can substitute the cherries with any other berries, whether fresh or frozen.
Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 10 oz
- Sugar 5 oz
- Baking Powder 2 spoons
- Salt to taste
- Butter 5 oz
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Milk 5 fl oz
- Vanillin 1 tablespoon
- Marinated cherries 1 glass
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Beat the egg with sugar.
Step 2
Add the slightly melted butter. Pour in the milk and mix well.
Step 3
Sift the flour with the baking powder, vanilla, and salt into this mixture, stir, and then whisk. If the batter is too thick, add a little milk.
Step 4
Add the cherries and gently stir, being careful not to crush the berries.
Step 5
Grease the parchment paper with butter and line a loaf pan with it. Preheat the oven to 355°F and bake for about an hour.
