Ingredients
- Chicken Egg 5 pieces
- Wheat Flour 2 glasses
- Sugar 1 glass
- Kefir 1 glass
- Activated Baking Soda 1 tablespoon
- Cherry 15 oz
- Ground Cinnamon a pinch
- Vanilla salt to taste
- Semolina 2 spoons
- Butter 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Beat the eggs with sugar.
Step 2
Add the kefir and continue whisking.
Step 3
Add the baking soda, cinnamon, and vanilla sugar.
Step 4
Add the flour and mix well.
Step 5
Grease the baking tray with butter and sprinkle with semolina.
Step 6
Spread the cherries evenly on a baking sheet, then pour the batter evenly on top.
Step 7
Place in a preheated oven at 355°F.
Step 8
Bake for 40–45 minutes (until golden brown).
