Ingredients
- Red cocktail cherry 30 pieces
- Butter 0 oz
- Light Corn Syrup 0 fl oz
- Powdered Sugar 5 oz
- Chocolate Sauce 10 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a medium bowl, mix the butter and corn syrup until smooth. Add the powdered sugar and knead into a dough-like consistency. Wrap each cherry in about 1 teaspoon of the dough. Place on a parchment-lined surface and refrigerate until set.
Step 2
Melt the confectionery coating in a double boiler. Remove the prepared cherries from the refrigerator and dip each one in chocolate. Place on parchment paper, removing any excess coating if necessary. Refrigerate until the chocolate coating is fully set.
