  • Bittersweet Chocolate 5 oz
  • Ground dried cherries 24 pieces
  • Marzipan 10 oz
  • Rum 2 tablespoons

Step 1

Place the cherries in a bowl and pour the rum over them.

Step 2

To allow the cherries to soak up the rum properly, they should be left for at least an hour.

Step 3

Cut the marzipan into 24 pieces.

Step 4

Roll these pieces into neat balls and stick a cherry into each one.

Step 5

Dip the balls into the melted chocolate and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Step 6

Once the chocolate hardens, you can serve them.
