Cheesy keto chips with sun-dried tomatoes
Ingredients
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese 5 oz
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Sun-Dried Tomatoes 3 pieces
- Leek 0 oz
- Herbes de Provence ½ teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Form small piles of cheese on parchment paper.
Step 2
Chop the garlic coarsely.
Step 3
Do the same with the sun-dried tomatoes.
Step 4
Finely chop the leek.
Step 5
Combine the ingredients and season with herbs de Provence.
Step 6
Add pepper.
Step 7
Lightly salt the cheese.
Step 8
Top each portion of cheese with the prepared mixture, about half a teaspoon each.
Step 9
Place in a preheated oven at 355°F.
Step 10
After 5 minutes, the chips are ready! Let cool and serve.
