Description

It's better to use peeled shrimp (this will save time during cooking). Store-bought croutons will work, but it's better to make them yourself using white and rye bread, sprinkled with dried garlic.

  • Carrot 1 piece
  • Onion 1 head
  • Sliced Processed Cheese 3 pieces
  • Ground Dried Garlic 1½ spoons
  • Frozen White Mushrooms 5 oz
  • Peeled Cooked Shrimp 5 oz
  • Croutons 5 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Peel the potatoes, carrots, and onions, then boil them in salted water. Reserve half a cup of the broth, and use a blender to puree the remaining vegetables.

Step 2

Cut the cheese into small cubes and melt it in half a cup of broth. Stirring continuously, add the resulting mixture to the soup. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, adding 1 to 1.5 teaspoons of dried garlic.

Step 3

Arrange the pre-cooked mussels and shrimp, along with the croutons, on plates with the soup.
