Ingredients
- Butter 5 oz
- Graham Crackers 5 oz
- Brown Sugar 0 oz
- Semi-soft cream cheese 20 oz
- Powdered Sugar 10 oz
- Wheat Flour 0 oz
- Lemon 2 pieces
- Sherry 4 tablespoons
- Egg white 4 pieces
- Heavy cream 5 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 340°F. Line the bottom and sides of the baking pan with parchment paper.
Step 2
Crush the graham crackers, add 50 grams of melted butter and sugar. Mix well.
Step 3
Press the mixture into the baking pan using a spoon. Cover and chill.
Step 4
Mix the butter, sugar, cream cheese, flour, lemon zest, sherry, and egg yolks. Add the heavy cream.
Step 5
Whip the egg whites until stiff peaks form, then fold into the cheese mixture.
Step 6
Spread the mixture evenly over the crust and bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Turn off the oven, crack the door open, and let cool for an hour.
Step 7
Mix the cream cheese with the heavy cream. Spread the cream over the surface and edges of the cheesecake.
