Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 10 oz

- Farm fresh eggs 5 pieces

- Powdered Sugar 10 oz
- Baking Powder 2 teaspoons
- Soft Quark 25 oz
- Sour Cream 10 oz
- Citrus Zest Mix 2 tablespoons
- Vanilla extract 1 teaspoon
- Corn Starch 0 oz
- Raisins 5 oz
- Chopped almonds 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Sift 225 grams of flour and combine it with butter, 1 egg, sugar, 1 teaspoon of baking powder, and knead the dough. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and chill for 30 minutes.
Step 2
Preheat the oven to 375°F. Combine the filling ingredients - quark, sour cream, powdered sugar, eggs, lemon zest, raisins, cornstarch, wheat flour, and baking powder. Mix until smooth.
Step 3
Remove the dough from the refrigerator, roll it out on a floured surface, and place it in the baking dish. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
Step 4
Pour the filling onto the baked crust and sprinkle with almond flakes. Bake in the oven for 1 hour. Turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake to cool inside.
