Description

For making the jelly, you can also use any berries that you can buy at the store or gather from your garden or the forest. Add gelatin based on the syrup obtained (1 packet for 500 ml of syrup).

  • Sugar 3 cups
  • Semi-soft cream cheese 20 oz
  • Frozen black currant puree 10 oz
  • Gelatin 0 oz
  • Butter 5 oz
  • Oreo Cookies 10 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Crush the oatmeal cookies and place them in a baking dish.

Step 2

Mix the cottage cheese with the butter and add 200 grams of sugar, continue mixing until smooth.

Step 3

Pour into the baking dish and place in the oven for 30–40 minutes at 355°F.

Step 4

Put the black currants in a pot and sprinkle with 200 grams of sugar, bring to a boil, add water (if you want more jelly).

Step 5

Add gelatin to the black currants and mix thoroughly, let cool to room temperature.

Step 6

Remove the cottage cheese from the oven and wait for it to cool (to room temperature), then add the berries and pour the syrup over them.

Step 7

Leave for 7–8 hours.
