Cheesecake with Black Currants
Baking and Desserts • American
Description
It is better to use a shallow baking dish so that the filling bakes evenly; otherwise, it may be tough around the edges and liquid in the middle. The baking time may vary depending on the fat content of the cottage cheese you choose (for low-fat cottage cheese, it may take about an hour).
Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Butter 5 oz
- Sugar 5 oz
