Ingredients
- Salad Potatoes 4 pieces
- Sliced Processed Cheese 3 pieces
- Vermicelli 5 oz
- Onion 2 heads
- Carrot 1 piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel the onion and sauté it in vegetable oil.
Step 2
Cut the potatoes into cubes, grate the carrot on a coarse grater, and add them to boiling water, then season with salt.
Step 3
Grate the cheese and add it to the pot, stirring for the first 5 minutes until melted. Once the cheese has melted, add the vermicelli.
Step 4
When the soup is fully cooked, add the sautéed mixture.
