
Cheese Soup with Smoked Sausages

Ingredients
- Potato 4 pieces
- Chicken Broth 0 qt
- Carrot 1 piece
- Onion 1 head
- Hunter's Sausages 10 oz
- Butter 0 oz
- Sliced Processed Cheese 15 oz
- Dill 1 bunch
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Dice the potatoes into small cubes, grate the carrots using a coarse grater, chop the onion finely, and cut the sausages into strips.
Step 2
Add the potatoes to the boiling broth and cook for 10–15 minutes.
Step 3
In a skillet, heat the butter and sauté the carrots and onions until golden brown. Add the sausages and cook for an additional 3 minutes.
Step 4
Then add all the contents to a pot, and immediately add the processed cheese. Stir the soup until the cheese is completely melted. Add the herbs.
