Ingredients
- Seafood cocktail 15 oz
- Sliced Processed Cheese 10 oz
- Salad Potatoes 3 pieces
- Carrot 1 piece
- Onion 1 piece
- White bread 5 pieces
- Paprika to taste
- Garlic 1 clove
- Water 0 qt
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Grate the carrot, finely chop the onion, and sauté in vegetable oil.
Step 2
Pour water into a pot, place it on the heat, add the grated cheese, stirring gradually to prevent curdling. Bring to a boil, season with salt and pepper. Then add the potatoes and sautéed vegetables, and cook for 10 minutes. Add the seafood and green peas (to taste), and cook for another 5 minutes. While the soup is cooking, prepare the croutons. Sauté the cubed white bread in butter, then sprinkle with garlic and paprika.
Step 3
Sprinkle the finished soup with herbs and serve with croutons.
