Cheese Soup with Rabbit and Croutons
Ingredients
- Rabbit 20 oz
- Potato 5 oz
- Spaghetti 5 oz
- Onion 1 head
- Carrot 200 pieces
- Orange Bell Peppers 5 oz
- Sliced Processed Cheese 10 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the rabbit, adding salt and pepper.
Step 2
After 40 minutes, add the onion and carrot (I grate it).
Step 3
After another 20 minutes, add the potato and spaghetti.
Step 4
After another 10-15 minutes, depending on how large you cut the vegetables, add the chopped bell pepper.
Step 5
Finally, add the processed cheese, stirring well until it completely dissolves in the water.
Step 6
Remove the rabbit and cut it into small pieces, then return it to the soup.
Step 7
Serve with croutons with herbs.
