- Wheat Flour 0 oz
- Pickled Chanterelles 5 oz
- Beef 10 oz
- Viola Cheese 5 oz
- Sliced Processed Cheese 1 piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Dice the champignon mushrooms and sauté them.
Step 2
Boil the beef and cut the meat into strips.
Step 3
In a saucepan, melt the butter, add the flour, and bring to a smooth consistency.
Step 4
Add the cream, grated processed cheese, and Viola cheese. Let it simmer for 7–10 minutes.
Step 5
Add the mushrooms and meat to the cheese mixture, dilute with broth to the desired thickness of the soup, season with salt, and cook for another 15 minutes.
