Ingredients
- Pickled Chanterelles 10 oz
- Chicken fillet 3 pieces
- Salad Potatoes 5 pieces
- Carrot 1 piece
- Onion 1 piece
- Salt to taste
- Sliced Processed Cheese 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
While the potatoes, cut into strips, are boiling, cut the fillet into pieces and fry until golden brown, then add it to the potatoes. Grate the carrot on a coarse grater and finely chop the onion. Dice the champignon mushrooms and sauté them with the carrot and onion in vegetable oil. Then add this mixture to the soup. Cook until ready and reduce the heat.
Step 2
Add the processed cheese (such as Laughing Cow or President – your choice) and mix thoroughly until the cheese melts. Bring to a boil, simmer for about 5 minutes, and turn off the heat.
