Ingredients
- Sliced Processed Cheese 2 pieces
- Onion 1 head
- Carrot 1 piece
- Herbs to taste
- Potato 4 pieces
- Olive Oil to taste
- Spices to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Place a pot of water on the stove.
Step 2
Sauté the onions and carrots in olive oil.
Step 3
Add the sautéed mixture to the water, then add the diced potatoes and season with spices to taste.
Step 4
When the potatoes are almost cooked, add cheese either grated on a coarse grater or cut into small cubes.
Step 5
Stir the soup until the cheese is completely melted.
Step 6
Add the herbs and turn off the heat after a minute.
Step 7
Let the soup rest covered for a while, and it will be ready.
