Ingredients
- Suluguni Cheese 5 oz
- Chicken Egg 2 pieces
- Edam Cheese 5 oz
- Egg white 2 pieces
- Cream 22% 5 fl oz
- Sour Cream 5 oz
- Wheat Flour 3 spoons
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Chopped Sage Leaves 0 oz
- Garlic 2 cloves
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 355°F.
Step 2
Grate all the cheese.
Step 3
Then separate the egg whites from the yolks. Whisk the yolks with sour cream, cream, and flour. Add cheese, chopped herbs, spices, salt and pepper to taste, a crushed garlic clove, and mix well.
Step 4
Whip the egg whites until frothy and gently fold them into the batter.
Step 5
Line the baking dish with parchment paper and pour the prepared batter into it. Bake the pie at the specified temperature for 45 minutes.
Step 6
When choosing a baking dish, keep in mind that the dough will rise significantly, so the sides should be tall enough to accommodate this.
