- Semi-soft cream cheese 5 oz
- Goat cheese 10 oz
- Ground Black Pepper 2 tablespoons
- Poppy seed paste 0 oz
- Pitted olives 8 pieces
- Green peppercorns 32 pieces
- Pesto ¼ cup
- Chips 32 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mix together the cream cheese, goat cheese, and pizza sauce. Let the mixture set for 40 minutes.
Step 2
Form 16 balls from the mixture. Roll each ball in black pepper or poppy seeds. Press two pieces of olives into each ball. Press a peppercorn into each olive. Press two chips on each side of every ball.
