Baking and Desserts • French
Description
It can be served warm or cold, and it tastes great even on the second day.
Ingredients
- Courgette 1 piece
- Marinated cherries 15 pieces
- Shortcrust Cake Mix 10 oz
- Blue Cheese 5 oz
- Goat cheese 5 oz
- Cream 22% 10 oz
- Chocolate eggs 3 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mix eggs, butter, and flour to make a simple shortcrust pastry. Roll it out and line a 30 cm baking dish with it. Place parchment paper on the pastry and evenly fill it with beans, then put it in an oven preheated to 390°F for 10 minutes.
Step 2
In a deep bowl, lightly beat one egg and three yolks, add goat cheese and blue cheese, mix, and then stir in the cream.
Step 3
Once the pastry is slightly golden, remove it from the oven, take out the beans, and let it cool slightly.
Step 4
Pour the cheese and cream mixture into the pie dish.
Step 5
Using a vegetable peeler, slice the zucchini into thin slices. Important: do not use the soft inner flesh with seeds, only the firm outer layer.
Step 6
Arrange the cherry tomatoes and zucchini petals on the pie, placing the latter on their edge and gently pressing them into the filling.
Step 7
Then place the pie back in the oven for 20 minutes.
