  • Leek 2 pieces
  • Potato 3 pieces
  • Celery salt ½ piece
  • Wheat Flour 1 tablespoon
  • Hard Cheese 10 oz
  • Dill 1 bunch

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Chop the onion, celery root, and potato, and sauté them in a pot with vegetable oil. Add the chopped vegetables to the pot and pour in boiling water, cooking until soft, then puree in a blender.

Step 2

Grate the cheese and add it to the soup. Season with salt and pepper. Bring to a boil, stirring until the cheese is completely dissolved, then remove from heat. Cut the bread into small cubes and sauté in butter. Slice the remaining onion into rings, coat the rings in flour, and fry in vegetable oil.

Step 3

Pour the soup into each bowl, add a crouton, top with fried onion, and sprinkle with finely chopped dill.
