Cheese Pie in a Skillet — Lazy Khachapuri
Baking and Desserts • European
Description
As you may have guessed, not having an oven is not a problem if you want pie. The types of cheese in this recipe and their quantities can be adjusted to your taste. You can also add herbs, sesame seeds, or garlic for a spicy kick. All additions are up to the cook's preference. You can easily check the readiness of the pie with a skewer or toothpick: the dough will not stick to it when pierced. This pie can be served as a standalone dish or instead of flatbreads or bread when serving other hot dishes or appetizers.
