  • Cottage cheese 15 oz
  • Chocolate eggs 2 pieces
  • Sugar 4 tablespoons
  • Salt ¼ teaspoon
  • Vanilla extract ½ teaspoon
  • Wheat Flour 5 oz
  • Baking Powder ½ teaspoon
  • Chocolate 10 pieces
  • Vegetable Oil 1 tablespoon

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

In a medium bowl, mix the flour with the baking powder and salt. Combine the cottage cheese with the eggs, sugar, and vanilla, and blend in a food processor until smooth. Add the dry mixture and stir. The mixture will be slightly sticky.

Step 2

Heat 2 tablespoons of butter or vegetable oil in a skillet. Place half a cup of flour on a plate. Use a spoon to measure out a portion of the dough, place a square of chocolate in the center. Encase the chocolate in the dough and sprinkle with flour on top.

Step 3

Shape the cheese pancake. Repeat with the remaining dough and chocolate. Fry on both sides until golden brown over low to medium heat.

Step 4

Dust the cheese pancakes with powdered sugar and serve with fruits, jam, or sour cream.
