Cheese Flatbreads with Filling

You can use a different type of cheese inside, it's also very tasty. Let your imagination run wild!
Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 10 oz
- Kefir 10 fl oz
- Salt ½ teaspoon
- Sugar ½ teaspoon
- Activated Baking Soda ½ teaspoon
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese 10 oz
- Ham to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Add salt, sugar, and baking soda to the kefir, and mix well. Add hard cheese and flour. Mix well.
Step 2
Divide the resulting dough into balls, roll out a small flatbread (you can fry it like this), place the filling (I used ham). Seal the edges and roll it out a bit.
Step 3
Fry in a preheated skillet with refined oil on both sides over medium heat, covering with a lid.
