Description
It’s very quick to prepare! In case of unexpected guests — a wonderful cheese cream soup!
Ingredients
- Smoked Chicken 0 lbs
- Sliced Processed Cheese 2 pieces
- Water 0 qt
- Onion 1 piece
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- Herbs to taste
- Garlic to taste
- Croutons to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Sauté the onion in butter until lightly golden (just make sure not to forget to peel the onion in your rush!).
Step 2
Add 1 kg of white meat from grilled chicken (or smoked chicken; if you have time, you can boil 0.5 kg of chicken breasts in advance for a richer broth, but the flavor will still be different) to boiling water along with processed cheese and sautéed onions. Simmer.
Step 3
Everything is blended with a hand blender until smooth, brought to a boil again, and then chopped herbs (dill, parsley), ground black pepper, and salt to taste are added.
Step 4
When serving, you can add some crushed garlic (to taste) and croutons made from white bread.
Step 5
The cooking process takes 10-15 minutes (even less if you boil the water in an electric kettle). The soup turns out to be very hearty.
