Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 2 cups
- Baking Powder 1 teaspoon
- Mild Chili Spice a pinch
- Butter 5 oz
- Cheshire Cheese 5 oz
- Vegetable Oil 1 tablespoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 355°F.
Step 2
Mix the flour, baking powder, and chili powder.
Step 3
Grate the cheese and mix it in a large bowl with the butter. Beat with a hand mixer on low speed, gradually adding the flour mixture.
Step 4
Transfer the dough into a piping bag fitted with a nozzle.
Step 5
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and grease it with refined vegetable oil. Pipe sticks about 15 cm long onto the paper and refrigerate for 20–30 minutes.
Step 6
Bake in the oven for 20 minutes until golden brown. Remove from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes. Transfer to a plate and allow to cool completely.
