Cheese Chips with Mustard
Ingredients
- Hard Cheese 5 oz
- Mustard Greens 1½ tablespoons
- Leek 0 oz
- Soy Sauce ½ teaspoon
- Meyer Lemon Juice ½ teaspoon
- Paprika to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Grate the cheese on a fine grater.
Step 2
Form small piles of cheese on parchment paper.
Step 3
Place the mustard in a deep bowl.
Step 4
Add finely chopped leek.
Step 5
Pour in the soy sauce.
Step 6
Add black pepper and salt.
Step 7
Then add paprika.
Step 8
Sprinkle with lemon juice and mix.
Step 9
Place a teaspoon of sauce without a mound on each portion of cheese.
Step 10
Send to a preheated oven at 355°F for 5–6 minutes.
Step 11
Before serving, let the chips cool slightly.
