  • Goat cheese 5 oz
  • Parmesan Cheese 0 oz
  • Horseradish Leaves 1½ tablespoons
  • Mustard Greens 1½ teaspoons
  • Salt to taste
  • Mixed Ground Peppers to taste
  • Dill 1 sprig

Grate the goat cheese on a fine grater.
