Description
If you want a heartier cake, you can add ham or sausage; in this case, you should remove an equivalent amount of Russian cheese.

- Chicken Egg 3 pieces
- Vegetable Oil 3 tablespoons
- Kefir 5 tablespoons
- Sugar 3 teaspoons
- Salt ⅓ teaspoon
- Wheat Flour 3 tablespoons
- Potato protein 4 tablespoons
- Baking Powder 1 teaspoon
- Russian Cheese 10 oz
- Parmesan Cheese 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180–375°F.
Step 2
Grate the cheeses: Russian cheese on a coarse grater, Parmesan on a fine grater (it's not particularly important, just more convenient this way).
Step 3
Mix the liquid ingredients: eggs, sunflower oil, kefir, sugar, and salt. Whisk everything together.
Step 4
In a separate bowl, mix the flour, starch, and baking powder.
Step 5
Combine the liquid batter with the dry mixture.
Step 6
Add the cheeses to the batter and mix well.
Step 7
Pour the batter into a mold and bake in the oven for 40–50 minutes. At the end, it should have a golden crust.
