
Cheese Buns with Greens

Description
Very tasty, the more cheese, the better :). The next day, I liked them a little warmed up.
Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 10 oz
- Baking Powder 0 oz
- Salt ½ teaspoon
- 1% Kefir 10 fl oz
- Butter 5 oz
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Cheese Spread 10 oz
- Greens 1 bunch
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Beat the butter with salt.
Step 2
Add one egg, kefir, cheese (it's tastier to use a mix of different cheeses), flour, baking powder, and finely chopped greens (I used a mix of cilantro, parsley, dill, and basil).
Step 3
Gently mix everything gradually, fill the molds to 2/3 full, and place in a preheated oven at 355°F for about 30 minutes.
Step 4
Check, as usual, with a toothpick: it should come out completely clean.
