  • Butter 5 oz
  • Wheat Flour 5 oz
  • Farm fresh eggs 4 pieces
  • Sugar 0 oz
  • Ocean salt a pinch
  • Swiss Cheese 5 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

In a saucepan, mix the butter, sugar, salt, and water. Bring to a boil over low heat.

Step 2

Add the flour and immediately beat on the heat until a smooth, glossy mass forms.

Step 3

Transfer from the saucepan to another container, cool while stirring, add the eggs, and beat with a mixer.

Step 4

Add the separately beaten egg and cheese. Mix well. Spoon onto well-greased sheets of parchment paper placed on a baking tray, and bake in a preheated oven at 430°F for 18 minutes. It’s better for the buns to stay in the oven a little longer.
