Ingredients

  • Wheat Flour 5 oz
  • Self-rising flour 2 tablespoons
  • Red Curry Powder 1 teaspoon
  • Butter 5 oz
  • Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese 5 oz
  • Cheshire Cheese 5 oz
  • Roquefort cheese 0 oz
  • Meyer Lemon Juice 1 tablespoon

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

In a blender, combine the flour, curry powder, and butter. Mix until the consistency resembles breadcrumbs.

Step 2

Add all the grated cheese, leaving 25 grams of Parmesan aside. Mix well and form a ball of dough.

Step 3

Roll into a 30 cm long log, wrap in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 1 hour. Cut into 5 mm pieces. Preheat the oven to 390°F.

Step 4

Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle with the remaining Parmesan on top and bake for 15 minutes until golden brown. Cool on the baking sheet.
