Cheese Balls with Cheddar and Cranberry

Ingredients

  • Butter 5 oz
  • Ricotta cheese 25 oz
  • Worcestershire Sauce ½ teaspoon
  • Meyer Lemon Juice 2 tablespoons
  • Coarse Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Lime and chili chutney 2 tablespoons
  • Cheshire Cheese 10 oz
  • Dried cranberries with sugar 5 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

In a bowl, mix softened butter, ricotta, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and season with salt and pepper. Blend well at low speed until smooth.

Step 2

Add grated cheddar and chutney to the mixture. Mix again.

Step 3

Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Step 4

Shape the mixture into balls the size of walnuts. Roll the balls in dried cranberries and place them on a plate, then chill again.
