Cheese Ball Soup
Ingredients
- Orange Bell Peppers 1 piece
- Chicken Broth 5 qt
- Onion 1 piece
- Salad Potatoes 4 pieces
- Carrot 1 piece
- Herbs 1 bunch
- Cheese Spread 5 oz
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Butter 0 oz
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
Step 2
Add butter, mix in the egg. Gradually add flour and knead the dough. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Step 3
Finely chop the onion and bell pepper, grate the carrot on a coarse grater.
Step 4
Add the vegetables to the boiling broth. Peel and dice the potatoes, add them to the broth. Cook for 20 minutes.
Step 5
Roll the cheese into balls.
Step 6
Chop the herbs and add them along with the balls to the broth. Cook for another 10 minutes.
