Ingredients
- Salad Potatoes 3 pieces
- Turnips 2 pieces
- Salt to taste
- Sliced Processed Cheese 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the potatoes and carrots into small pieces.
Step 2
Place in a pot, cover with water (just enough to cover the vegetables), and simmer until soft.
Step 3
Blend until smooth.
Step 4
Add the cheese. Mix everything well again. Adjust the thickness with boiled water or vegetable broth to your desired consistency.
Step 5
Add salt to taste.
Step 6
Serve with garlic croutons or crispy bacon.
