  • Boiled Veal 5 oz
  • Cheshire Cheese 5 oz
  • Salt 2 teaspoons
  • Ground Black Pepper 2 teaspoons
  • Bun 4 pieces
  • Butter 0 oz
  • Parsley to taste
  • Shallot to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Keep your hands under cold water for about a minute to prevent the meat from sticking to them. Mix the two types of ground meat.

Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into round patties.
