Ingredients
- Lean Beef 5 oz
- Pork Mince 5 oz
- Onion 1 piece
- Unleavened dough 20 oz
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Sugar 1 teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Cilantro 1 bunch
- Vegetable Oil to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mix the ground meat. Add chopped onion, finely chopped cilantro, crushed garlic, salt, pepper, and sugar. Knead the mixture, gradually adding a glass of cold water until the water is fully absorbed. Chill.
Step 2
Roll out thin rounds from the dough, place a little filling on each, and seal the edges.
Step 3
Fry on each side in a small amount of oil.
