Ingredients
- Water 10 fl oz
- Wheat Flour 4 cups
- Onion 2 heads
- Lean Beef 20 oz
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Parsley 1 bunch
- Dill 1 bunch
- Olive Oil 3 tablespoons
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Pour cold water into a large bowl, add oil, egg, and salt.
Step 2
Mix everything well.
Step 3
Gradually add flour while stirring constantly. The result should be a smooth, not too stiff dough. Cover the dough and let it rest for 30 minutes.
Step 4
Meanwhile, finely chop the onion, herbs, and garlic. Add to the minced meat, season with pepper and salt. Mix everything thoroughly.
Step 5
Roll out the dough thinly on a floured surface. Place the filling on one half of the dough circle. Fold over the other half and pinch the edges.
Step 6
Fry the chebureki in vegetable oil in a hot skillet until golden brown, about 8 minutes on each side.
Step 7
Place the cooked chebureki on paper towels to drain excess fat.
