- Apple 1 piece
- Walnuts ½ cup
- Sugar 1 teaspoon
- Ground Cinnamon ½ teaspoon
- Red Lambrusco 2 tablespoons

Wash the apple.

Cut in half and remove the core.

Grate on a coarse grater or cut into thin strips.

Sort the walnuts.

Remove the partitions.
Step 6
Chop finely or crush in a mortar.

In a bowl, mix the apples and walnuts.

Add sugar and cinnamon.

Pour in the wine and mix well.
