Ingredients
- Antonovka apples 4 pieces
- Butter 5 oz
- Sugar 1 cup
- Chicken Eggs 2 pieces
- Wheat Flour 1½ cups
- Baking Soda a pinch
- Salt ½ g
- Sour Cream 35% ½ cup
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Grease the bottom of the baking dish with butter and sprinkle with sugar.
Step 2
Slice 3 apples into wedges and arrange them in the dish.
Step 3
Melt the butter in a saucepan. Mix the melted butter with sugar, eggs, and blend well with a mixer, then add the sour cream.
Step 4
Combine the sifted flour, baking soda, and salt, then add the wet mixture; next, add the fourth finely chopped apple to the batter and mix.
Step 5
Carefully pour the batter into the mold and place it in the oven at 355°F (about 40 minutes).
