- Wheat Flour 1 glass
- Sugar 1 glass
- Chicken Egg 5 pieces

Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel the apples and cut them into 1.5 cm cubes.
Step 2
Separate the egg white from the yolk. Whisk the egg white, then add sugar and baking soda. In a separate bowl, whisk the yolk and then combine it with the egg white.
Step 3
Sift the flour and add it to the eggs, along with the baking powder, vanilla sugar, and apples. Mix everything together.
Step 4
Add cinnamon to taste and mix well. Pour the mixture into a baking dish.
Step 5
Place the dish in an oven preheated to 355°F and bake until golden brown. After turning off the oven, you can leave the charlotte in there for 20–30 minutes.
