Champagne Jelly
Ingredients
- Gelatin 5 oz
- Sugar 10 oz
- Rosé Dry Wine 25 fl oz
- Fresh Berries to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mix sugar with 450 milliliters of water and heat until fully dissolved.
Step 2
Remove from heat and add gelatin. Stir until completely dissolved.
Step 3
Add champagne. Mix well and pour into 6 dessert cups.
Step 4
Refrigerate until set. Before serving, garnish with berries.
Step 5
Place gelatin leaves in a bowl and cover with water. Let sit for 5 minutes.
