Ingredients
- Gelatin 0 oz
- Whole egg 4 pieces
- Dry Champagne 20 oz
- 33% Cream 10 fl oz
- Chopped almonds 0 oz
- Powdered Sugar 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Whip the yolks with powdered sugar until frothy. Then, add champagne by the teaspoon while continuing to whip.
Step 2
Soak the gelatin in cold water for 5–10 minutes.
Step 3
Transfer the gelatin to a saucepan and dissolve it. Mix with a small amount of the yolk mixture and incorporate this mixture into the whipped yolks.
Step 4
Place the dish in the refrigerator for 30 minutes until the cream thickens.
Step 5
Whip the cream and gently fold it into the partially set cream.
Step 6
Then, divide the dessert into serving dishes and serve, topped with pistachios.
