Ingredients
- Chocolate eggs 5 pieces
- Milk 0 fl oz
- Wheat Flour 3 cups
- Vegetable Oil 1 tablespoon
- Honey 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Place the honey in a water bath. Bring to a boil and simmer until the honey begins to thicken.
Step 2
Beat the eggs with the milk. Add the flour and knead the dough.
Step 3
Roll the dough into a thin layer and cut it into strips 0.5 cm wide.
Step 4
Cut the strips into pieces 2–3 cm long. Fry the strips in a large amount of oil until golden brown (you can use a deep fryer).
Step 5
Pour the honey over the fried pieces (you can substitute honey with sugar syrup) and pile them up.
